Our ISO 9001 certified factories offer customers one-stop shopping from design, quick prototyping, bridge tooling, multi-grade mold construction, and customized small injection molding to large scale production runs, surface coating, assembly, and delivery. With a successful track record over more than fifteen years in many industrial sectors, we have helped many of our clients achieve their business and supply chain goals.
There are many methods (e.g. CNC, SLA Laser, SLS Powder formation, sample molding, and 3D printing) to achieve rapid prototyping to prove your concept. If you already have technical drawings, we can build a sample mold for functional testing (where many parts can be built on one mold with several testing cavities and can also serve as bridge tooling to fill the manufacturing gap for production tooling).
Once the prototyping is complete, we will provide you with 1 – 10 samples for your inspection.
We produce all classes of custom tools quickly and in a cost effective manner. One of the key drivers of price is the number of a cavities required. Generally, the more cavities the cheaper the unit price, but complications may often limit the number of cavities in a specific mold. Another key cost driver is the mold polishing required, as it is one of the most detailed and manual processes.
Generally, with regards to tolerances, there are two types: tools and parts. For tools, machining tolerance can be maintained at a fixed ±.003 in, for example. For parts, tolerance will vary by size and type of material used during injection molding.
Once the mold is complete, samples will be provided for your review.
We offer custom Iinjection Mmolding machines ranging from 40 to 1600 tons and capable of producing a wide variety of custom parts. We are able to tailor to your needs, whether your requirement is for a small or large production run. Robotics may be deployed for parts removal assistance for efficiency and consistency, when required. Our factories work three shifts a day and utilize automation in order to keep costs competitive.
Our quality control systems helps us work effectively across a wide range of industry sectors including: electronics, industrial, healthcare, agriculture, and many others.
Special requests can also be provided (e.g. overmolding, supersonic welding, metal insert.)
An in-house quality team helps maintain the standards that our customers expect. We check parts off per customer specifications and maintain our quality systems. We can also perform specific quality inspection for our customers.
Our surface coating facility is outfitted state-of-the-art equipment and offers a wide variety of surface decorative high-gloss finishes including automated UV and thermal cure paint coating. A robotic coating system for mass-production has been installed in a continuous conveyor line, helping realize lower cost, lower energy consumption, and higher efficiency
Whether your requirements lie in painting, spraying or laser engraving, we are able to meet your surface coating requirements.
Our laser texturing and engravings center provides texturizing, engravings, microstructures, markings and labelings of 2D geometries right through to complex 3D geometries. Laser ablation enables individualization of products; compared to conventional surface treatment using etching processes, laser ablation offers economic, ecological and design advantages (applications include engraving and marking of part serializations, date grids and wheels, bar codes, logos, and decorative markings).
Our in-house assembly operations reduce time and cost for customers. Eliminating extra shipments to other vendors saves significant amount of lead time and extra freight costs that add up over the course of a project. Our integrated assembly solutions include Blister Packaging, Package Printing, Ultrasonic Welding, Metal Insert, Lights Assembly, Decorating, as well as others.
For all the projects that we handle, we are able to handle all logistics to arrange delivery, hassle-free, to your door.
